10:25 am - UpSize

Did we say Sit Up?

Our little rascal has decided to UPSIZE. think we owe him 50cents for the upsize. =)

He has now progressed to STANDING up in his cot...and then promptly sitting down (like an adult, properly on his diapered butt by bending his knees and lowering his ass)...and then standing up again, and then sitting...and then standing...and then sitting...and then standing... well, you get the idea.

But the poor boy is getting a lot of 20cents/50cents bruises on his head from falling around the cot though...DESPITE the cot bumpers. Any solutions anyone? We're thinking of discarding the cot and putting him in a playpen instead as that has netted sides instead of wooden bars.

Ignatius is also cruising along our furniture confidently. Manages to stand without support for all of 1 second. haha. Daddy hoped he'd SUPERSIZE by walking into his arms... NOPE! not yet!

By the way, Mommy's fav phrase that Ignatius spouts is... "Oh Yeah". I just need to teach him the 2 finger V sign. =)

Matthew also had the same problem initially, bumping his head everywhere in the cot. but no worries, once Iggy get more confident, it won't happen so often.
